First thing on a Monday morning, HP Tire plugged a pinhole in a tire so I was able to be on time for a long- scheduled medical appointment 75 minutes from home. The guys are friendly, professional and provide exceptional service.

Used to be great. Has gone downhill in recent years. Had had two vehicles where they kept the custom valve caps. Had two vehicles with leaking tires (not seated or valve issue) after buying new. Had one vehicle after service that had 3 of the 5 lugs on 2 of the wheels completely loose and could have caused a serious accident or damage. Thankfully was found after hearing a grinding sound before any thing really bad happened. Additionally, they tried to upsell services and said things were bad when they weren't. Will not be back and will be advising others to avoid.

i have been to High Point Tire & Automotive several times and have had only good experiences. On March 30 I went in (without an appt) to have a tire and rim repaired if possible. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to repair my tire and rim! The technician checked all of the tires for pressure and then drove the car around the block to check alignment. I thought their price of $50 was very reasonable.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at High Point tire and automotive. The technicians were extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I had a task that was potentially very strenuous and difficult that four other shops refused to work on. Thankfully, Highpoint tire and automotive finished it in record time and with an amazing price! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Mr. Richardson for helping me fix my Silverado. I would not have been able to do that job myself!

My mother brought her car to them a few weeks ago. Her car would crank, but wouldn’t stay on. Her battery was 1 year old. Her car is 13 years old with over 100k miles. I told them it was probably an alternator issue. They charged her $500 for a new battery. They claimed it was due to diagnostic charge and battery. Her original battery was only 13 months old. One month later her car won’t start again. They stated it was another bad battery, but replaced it for free. They did not refund her for the other battery. They also put on the work up that there was a slow drain on the battery. This was not told to my mother nor was the issue fixed. Once again, her car battery died one week later. We took her car to the dodge dealership to have a second opinion. They tested everything and stated it was an aftermarket bad battery that was slightly too small for her car. The mechanic called Dale at HP Tire and Auto to try to explain what they found. Dale was not willing to refund anything. I showed up in person with the bad battery at HP Tire and Auto. I had to fight tooth and nail to get Dale to agree to refund the cost of the battery. I highly do not recommend this place. He refused to refund
